Aaron Reiss is a freelance researcher, journalist, and cartographer based in New York City. He publishes work in places like The New Yorker, The New York Times, This American Life, The Atlantic, NPR, The Pulitzer Center, and more. He went to Yale University and majored in Urban Planning and Environmental Studies. Now his work focuses more on interactive journalism - combining different kinds of media (visual and otherwise) to tell rich and complex stories about how people live.
