    Visiting Scholar at Paul Tsai China Center, Yale Law School

    Chenghao Sun is a fellow and head of the U.S.-Europe Program at the Center for International Security and Strategy (CISS) at Tsinghua University, a council member of the Chinese Association of American Studies and a member of the Munich Young Leaders. In Fall 2024, he was a Visiting Scholar at Yale Law School's Paul Tsai China Center. His research focuses on China-U.S. relations, transatlantic relations, AI and global governance. His notable works include Profound Changes Unseen in a Century and the U.S.-Europe Alliance (2023), and The Gravity of Power in the White House: The National Security Council (1947-2019) (2020). He is also the founder of the newsletter ChinAffairs+.
