Tarry Wang Liantao is co-founder and COO of Xiaozhu.com. Prior to the founding of Xiaozhu in 2012, Tarry had been Vice President of Ganji.com since 2010. Tarry was Vice President of Madhouse, China’s biggest mobile ad platform, from 2008 to 2010, where he was responsible for business development and marketing outreach.
