Developing solutions for global energy and climate challenges necessitates an understanding of China. This program examines China's economic rise in the context of its energy and environment, and the consequences of this rise within China and abroad.
The language of the event will be English.

- Aaron Kurzak and Raja Muhammad Farrukh Zaman – Effective means to upscale China's carbon markets; Reviewing the 13th Five Year Plan to promote clean energy in China's private and public sector
- Bing Lin Nyang and Hassaan Sipra – Green financing schemes for China's overseas investment projects
- Sheryl Foo and Theresa McCarty - The development of a green financial ecosystem focusing on public-private partnerships and Green Banks for SMEs
- Willie Khoo and Ralien Bekkers – Incentives for civic participation in addressing pollution in China; Exploring the environmental impact of China’s policy of building coal power plants in Pakistan near population centers
- Yolanda Nava, Tiffany Tin Wing Sin and Emily Wier – Electronic vehicles (EVs) and clean technology in the auto sector
- Yaolin Zhang and Milagros De Camps – Energy policy and incentives
