    Managing Director of Integrated Development Group

    Karen holds an MBA and Master of Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania. She studied with Martin Seligman, founder of positive psychology and was his first graduate student in China. Karen has worked in the US, Hong Kong, and Chinese mainland and speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Karen currently resides in Shanghai.

    Known for her highly interactive facilitations and in-depth knowledge of Chinese and American cultures, Karen brings 18 years experiences of management consulting, OD, HR management and psychological counselling. She has consulted for a number of global and national organizational including Microsoft, AMD, Sanofi, Covidien, HP, Cisco, GE, Baidu, Kabam, Novo Nordisk, Texas Instrument, Google, and Ebay.

    Karen has held several senior management positions including Managing Director for PDI China operation, People Director for Wal-Mart Global Procurement overseas operations, and Director for People & Organization Capabilities for Microsoft Greater China region.
